Chicago

The boys and I (with Grandma Geralyn & Grandpa Mike) took a quick road trip to Chicago.  We got to walk Michigan Avenue, stay in a hotel, go to the Shedd Aquarium and most importantly visit Auntie Aly.

Recorder

Our first taste of a musical instrument came with a recorder from music class.  Bless all parents who have or had to listen to the recorder.  Regardless, I love this kid's love of music.

Cross Country Meet 2013

Meadowview rescheduled the annual Cross Country Meet to the Friday we were out of town for Chris and Mandy's Wedding.  Mason had been training hard for this meet, he even joined Running Club during recess.  He was disappointed to miss, but we made up for it when we got back from the wedding by having him run his own race for us.  Cooper even joined in for a short run.

Chris & Mandy Get Married

We headed to Lake Geneva, WI to celebrate Chris and Mandy getting married.  We have relived the weekend many times with their amazing video.  Congrats Chris & Mandy!
