Happy Easter 2013

Despite the rain and cold start to the morning, the boys and I joined some of our friends on Good Friday at the Richardson Nature Center for their rabbit and egg hunt nature walk, which even included the Easter Bunny at the end.

The next day we finally colored our Easter eggs.

The Easter Bunny came...

We celebrate first at Great Aunt Linda's with the Holden Family

and then celebrated at Grandma Geralyn and Grandpa Mike's.

Spring, Maybe?

Even though there was still plenty of snow on the ground, it was finally a sunny, slightly warmer afternoon.  Cooper took full advantage of the weather and played outside with nearly everything, tricycle, scooter, tractor, sidewalk chalk, etc.  My favorite moment was when he has using his tractor to move snow and he told me "I have a lot of work to do."  Hopefully Spring will arrive soon so we can enjoy more of our outside toys!

Kindergarten Screening

Cooper had his Kindergarten screening today and passed with flying colors.  Everyone was so impressed with how much he know for a three year old boy.  I was truly a proud mom. It is hard to believe that he will be going through Kindergarten Round-Up a year from now.  Not sure how our baby grew up so fast!

Spring Basketball

We have been on a sports break, other than swimming, since the fall, so Mason decided to play some Spring basketball through the YMCA.

Disney On Ice

The Voth Family headed to the Target Center for Disney on Ice's World of Fantasy.  The boys enjoyed Mickey and Crew, Cars, The Little Mermaid, Tinker Bell and Toy Story.  Thanks to a tip from Auntie Rachel, we even found Sammy, Grandma Brenda and Grandpa Frank at the show too.

First Reconciliation

Mason celebrated his First Reconciliation today.  He was nervous leading up to the moment, but when it was over, he said it was easy.  He shared that he didn't always listen and is sometimes mean to his brother.  So proud of him.
